Judging Criteria
Participants in the dance category will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Choreography & Creativity (25%)
- Originality and creativity in the choreography.
- Effective use of movements to convey the theme or story.
- Seamless transitions and coordination in the routine.
- Technique & Skill (25%)
- Precision, control, and execution of dance techniques.
- Clean lines, posture, and balance.
- Mastery of movements relevant to the dance style.
- Expression & Stage Presence (20%)
- Ability to express emotions and connect with the audience.
- Confidence, energy, and charisma on stage.
- Engagement with the performance and the music.
- Synchronization & Timing (15%) (For Groups)
- Consistency in movements among group members.
- Perfect alignment with the rhythm and tempo of the music.
- Costume & Overall Impact (15%)
- Appropriateness and creativity of costume design.
- Overall visual appeal and memorability of the performance.
Each performance will be scored on its ability to captivate, entertain, and demonstrate technical prowess and artistry. Let your moves speak louder than words!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The contest is open to all PULA members and their children. The participants must be in the below age categories only.
- 5 Years to 10 Years
- 11 Years to 14 Years
- 15 Years to 18 Years
- 19 Years to 40 Years
- 40 Years above
- If a non-PULA member wants to participate, they can join the PULA Facebook group and then register for the competition.
- All entries must be submitted on the link that will be shared with the participants or their parents.
- Please ensure you complete all the details on the form and pay the registration fee.
- Please make a note that once registered, there will be no cancellation or refund processed.
- For group performances, all participants must meet the age criteria. Below age category performers are allowed in a group performance. However, any participant above the age category will not be permitted.
- The participant should ensure that their details (name, email ID, phone number and WhatsApp number) in the form are accurate and updated. Organizers would use this for further communication.
- The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
- The winners of every round will be notified via WhatsApp and email along with the information of next round.
- Organizers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not feel is suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
- The decision of the jury and organizers remain final and not arguable.
- By sending the entries, the entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
